At Kraft Box Pack, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom packaging that meets your expectations. We understand that issues can arise, and we want to make the return and refund process clear and simple for our customers in the United States.
Returns
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the following conditions are met:
Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
A return request must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not accept returns in person or via drop-off.
A return label will be included in the package.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
To initiate a return, email us at info@kraftboxpack.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns. If your item qualifies for an exchange, we’ll send a replacement once we receive and inspect the original product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
A refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollar).
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-printed boxes unless the item is defective
Used or damaged items not due to our error
Returns requested after the 10-day window
